Walnut Hills Family Campground is a family campground in Durand, Michigan, set between Flint and Lansing and within an easy drive of the Detroit metro area. The campground is built around a spring-fed swim lake with a sand beach and a 14-piece Wibit floating water park, one of the largest at any Michigan campground, plus a Kangaroo Jumper for the kids. The Shiawassee River runs along the park, with a boat launch on site and canoe, kayak and tube trips from Cheff’s Canoe Rental.
