Staging
Some dealers have inquired about early staging at the Suburban Collection Showplace. While there are two shows occurring simultaneously, they have agreed to a limited amount of early staging to be allowed after 12:00 p.m. on Saturday, January 29th. I urge that if you do not need the additional time to stage vehicles, please refrain until Sunday. I have included a Saturday Staging Map outlining where units may be placed for staging on Saturday. Please only park in the green shaded area designated Camper Staging, not the blue shaded area designated as Trailer Parking. In addition, we have been granted permission to begin full staging anytime on Sunday instead of the regularly scheduled Sunday afternoon. If necessary, units may also be placed in the far east parking lot. Please refer to the Staging Map for units to be staged on Sunday, this includes both move-in and move-out. As a reminder do not park units in the Hyatt Place parking lot.
Move-In
Please note the time and door for your move-in as there has been some changes in position for certain dealers.
Please be diligent about remaining in your designated space. Once you have fully completed your show prep and if you will not be returning prior to the Wednesday opening, please retract your slides and steps to allow for carpeting to be installed on Tuesday afternoon.
