Amazon Lockers

If you’re constantly on the go, a full-timer, or escaping to warmer weather for the season, receiving your Amazon packages while on the road can prove to be a real challenge. But not having a permanent address is no longer a problem. Amazon has rolled out a new feature called Amazon Lockers, which will likely become travelers’, especially RVers, new go-to resource.

It’s simple. All you have to do is find a locker near you, add it to your Amazon address book, and select that delivery location when purchasing an item. When your item(s) has been delivered, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a unique six-digit code that you’ll use to unlock your locker. If your travel plans change, and you can’t make it to your locker within the window (usually a couple of days), Amazon will return your package to the sender.

These self-service kiosks are available to all Amazon shoppers for no additional fee. What could be better? You can learn more about the service and find a locker near your next stop all right here!

Camperforce

In addition to Amazon Lockers, RVers have the unique opportunity to make use of another exciting Amazon feature: Camperforce. As a Camperforce Associate, Amazon will employ you through the holiday season, from early fall to December 23, to assist in their distribution centers. And they don’t only offer competitive compensation. Amazon has partnerships with different campgrounds across the country, and they’ll cover the cost of renting a lot through your employment duration.

If you’re a snowbird escaping south, or a retiree looking to make a little extra money during this busy season, Camperforce is a great opportunity!

Although all spaces have been filed for the 2017 season, they’re now accepting applications for 2018. You can learn more about the program, the participating states, and other employment benefits here.
